Appointments
Appointments can be made with any of our
Healthcare Providers by calling the office during normal business
hours or online. We ask that you give a clear description of your medical
condition or need to the receptionist when scheduling an appointment,
so that our Healthcare Providers can address your needs. Our goal is
to meet your needs in a caring and efficient manner. We value your
time and will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as
possible.
Office Hours
With the exception of holidays, our office hours
are Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to
4:00pm. Individual Healthcare Provider’s office hours
vary and our Healthcare Providers work by appointment only. We ask for
your cooperation in calling the office during normal business hours
for routine medical questions. For emergencies after hours, please
call the office telephone number and you will be prompted to make the
appropriate selection or if necessary please go to your nearest
hospital.
Cancellations
Please notify our office in advance if you will
not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to
coordinate another for you, if necessary.
Registration
We ask new patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to
your scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time to
complete the new patient registration form, which includes valuable
information needed by your Healthcare Provider and help the office
staff to prepare your chart. Please remember to bring your insurance
card(s) to insure proper billing. Please tell the receptionists if any
information has changed since your previous appointment. For example,
let us know if you have a new address, last name, telephone number, or
change of insurance. It is important that we have accurate
information in your medical records. We appreciate your help in
keeping these current.

to you by my family doctor?
Usually not, unless it is required by your
insurance company.

We electronically submit all bills into all of
your insurance companies.

We are attached to the Dickinson County
Healthcare System on Highway US 2 across from Kmart Plaza.

We have two Physicians, a Physician’s Assistant
